This Privacy Policy explains how Clone13, LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.

Clone13, LLC ("Clone13," "we," "us") is an Illinois limited liability company headquartered at 333 N Michigan Avenue #616, Chicago, IL 60601. We operate the Clone13 platform, which lets dealership salespeople generate and send personal video intros to customers. For privacy questions, submit an inquiry on our Contact page.
Account information: Dealership name, contact name, contact email, phone, and address; employee name, email, phone, and access codes.
Biometric inputs: Salesperson headshot photos and voice samples, collected only after that salesperson has signed our AI Likeness, Voice and Video Consent and used solely to generate video intros for that salesperson's dealership.
Usage data: Scripts, vehicle URLs, customer names and emails, generated videos, and delivery records — needed to provide the service and billing.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the platform.
Photos and voice samples are biometric identifiers under Illinois law (740 ILCS 14, the Biometric Information Privacy Act). Clone13 collects this information only with the salesperson's consent, and only after it has been signed — the Studio will not accept a photo or voice sample before then. It is used solely to generate video intros for that salesperson's dealership, including videos that the dealership's managers and BDC personnel create from an eligible salesperson's avatar and cloned voice. We do not sell, lease, or trade biometric information. Biometric data is scoped to the dealership and salesperson that provided it and is deletable on request.
We share information only as necessary to operate the platform, to comply with law, or with the dealership that owns the account. To run the service we engage third-party service providers and sub-processors under written contract, including providers of AI video rendering and voice synthesis, cloud storage and content delivery, and application hosting, database and authentication services. We remain responsible for the performance of those providers in respect of the parts of the service they supply, and we make a current list available on request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your dealership account is active, and thereafter as needed for billing and legal obligations. Biometric inputs (photos and voice samples) are held while the salesperson's account is active and their consent is in force. Withdrawing consent, or removal from the dealership's roster, stops all use immediately — every shared video link stops working at once — and the covered data is permanently destroyed within three business days of that moment. Generated videos are playable for 30 days from creation, and signed consent records are kept as proof that consent was given.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Dealership managers can manage employee data through the platform; individuals can contact us through our Contact page. Illinois residents have specific rights under BIPA and the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and per-dealership isolation. See our Security Portal for details.
Clone13 is a business-to-business platform for dealerships and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date.
