Moderation Policy

Content Moderation Policy.

Clone13 is a narrow-purpose platform for personal dealership video intros. This policy describes what content is permitted, how we enforce the rules, and how to report a concern.

Last updated: September 2026

Permitted use

A salesperson animating their own photo and voice to send a personal, on-brand video intro to a customer about a vehicle. That's the product — and that's all the product is for.

Prohibited content

The following will result in content removal and may result in account action:

  • ✕ Any likeness (face or voice) animated without that person's consent.
  • ✕ Impersonation of another real person, including public figures.
  • ✕ Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive offers.
  • ✕ Content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or hateful.
  • ✕ Use of the platform for any purpose other than dealership sales communication.

How to report

If you receive a Clone13 video you believe violates this policy, submit an inquiry on our Contact page and select "Support." Include the video link or short code if you can.

Enforcement

We review reports promptly. Valid reports lead to content removal and, where appropriate, suspension or termination of the responsible account and dealership access.

Our approach

Because Clone13 is purpose-built for a single, legitimate use case — dealership sales intros — most abuse vectors don't apply by design. We combine scoped access (per dealership and salesperson), consent-based biometric collection, and responsive human review to keep the platform trustworthy. When we are uncertain, we protect the person whose likeness is involved.
